He graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with triple majors in Marketing, Finance, and Communication. After college, he moved to Colorado to launch EfficientAide—built to empower high-performing business leaders.

Haven Weits President & COO
Haven graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas with a BS in Sociology and Marketing—all while working 30+ hours a week. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, she’s supported top executives in Project Management and EA roles across corporate and nonprofit sectors. Haven lives in LA with her husband Aaron and their two kids, Eisley and Eko.
