Our Story
EfficientAide was formed in 2012 with the purpose of owning tasks, removing worry and giving time back to business leaders. The company was built on the value of "be a great person, work with great people, provide great assistance and great things will happen."
What started out as a local company in Denver, CO has now grown to a 100% virtual company serving over 250+ professionals nationwide ranging from solopreneurs to large corporations.

Kyle Walbrun
Kyle was born and raised in the Midwest in a small town in Wisconsin where he was taught the value of teamwork and dedication.
He graduated with honors at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee where he triple majored in Marketing, Finance and Communication. He then packed up his belongings and moved to Colorado for new adventures, enhanced quality of life, and to start a company focused on assisting business professionals.
Kyle is an avid outdoorsman and thoroughly enjoys camping and hiking with his wife, Janelle. In general, Kyle is very personable, generous and loves to have a good laugh.
Haven Weits
Haven spent her childhood in Los Angeles, CA before moving to Dallas, TX with her family for her middle school through college years. She graduated from the University of North Texas in less than three years with a Bachelors of Science degree (majoring in Sociology and Marketing) while receiving the honors of magna cum laude and simultaneously holding a 30+hour/week job.
She has always had an entrepreneurial spirit that showed through lemonade stands with her best friends and printed babysitting business cards she passed out through the neighborhood. She's held Project Management, Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator roles for a variety of companies/individuals including a CFO, Chief Legal Counsel, an Expert EOS Implementer, as well as a mix of 501c3 organizations.
Haven married her high school sweetheart Aaron in 2012 and returned to LA to be closer to family in 2016. She has two children, Eisley and Eko, who have morphed her Instagram into their own personal fan account page.
Lucas Barrowman
Lucas has 15+ years experience partnering with founders and executives to achieve their vision and drive financial success. He has a track record across industries, working with early-stage companies, professional services firms, and creative agencies.
He’s built teams, scaled operating and accounting functions, developed and executed strategic financial plans, built and maintained operating budgets, led M&A processes and modeling.
Lucas and his family live in Denver, CO where they enjoy outdoor activities and all that the state of Colorado has to offer.
