EfficientAide was formed in 2014 when the Founder, Kyle, had a desire to use his cross-functional skills in business to directly assist business professionals. The company was built on the value of "be a great person, work with great people, provide great assistance and great things will happen". That core value has enabled EfficientAide to partner with over 150+ clients that all came via referral and no outside marketing. Many of these clients still partner with EfficientAide to this very day.

What started out as a local company in Denver, CO has now grown to serve professionals nationwide ranging from solopreneurs to large corporations. EfficientAide's strong background and foundation has allowed us to free professionals and executives from the lost time of small tasks and provide them with a partner for executing long term efficiency.

Kyle Walbrun

Kyle was born and raised in the Midwest in a small town in Wisconsin where he was taught the value of teamwork and dedication.

He graduated with honors at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee where he triple majored in Marketing, Finance and Communication. He then packed up his belongings and moved to Colorado for new adventures, enhanced quality of life, and to start a company focused on assisting business professionals.

Kyle is an avid outdoorsman and thoroughly enjoys camping and hiking with his dog, Milly. In general, Kyle is very personable, generous and loves to have a good laugh. This combination makes Kyle very easy to work with in an efficient manner.

Rob Toomey

Originally from Providence, RI, Rob and his wife Anastasia have lived in Denver since 2009.

After graduating from Brandeis University, Rob became a social studies teacher in RI. He then earned his Master’s Degree in Education from Rhode Island College.

Rob then left for New York City, working in a variety of sales-related positions before eventually earning an MBA in Europe at HEC Paris. After a stint in brand management at Philip Morris USA, Rob moved to Boston, working primarily in the agency and non-profit industries.

Both Rob and his wife expect that Denver will be the last stop! They moved to Colorado for the great outdoors, and they enjoy skiing and hiking.

In addition to Philip Morris, Rob has sales and project-management experience with a wide variety of companies, including Leprino Foods, Gevo, Arrow Electronics and Inspirato.
